This restaurants food and service is outstanding! I recently had my daughters baby shower 10-8-23 at this restaurant, and everyone/owner and staff went over and above to help us not only with the service and menu, but also with the decorations and layout of tables etc. The evening before they were very accommodating and allowed us to bring items for the shower. They also helped us bring things in from our SUVs. Again the food was outstanding and the service! 10-22-23. We will definitely be dining at this restaurant again, especially during the spring and summer and fall and would have other events here. Thank you to Liam, Carmen, Andy and staff for making my daughter and son in laws special event, beautiful and memorable!
This place is a rip off. They are no longer offering bread with their omletes. Its time for new owners to take this place over the current owners should not be running a restaurant bring back avon by the sea
I was there for the breakfast buffet on Mother's Day. The food was outstanding and the service was EXCELLENT. One of the BEST buffets I have ever been to. Great selection of food. The salmon and the pastries were OUTSTANDING. I hope they are going to have the same thing for Father's Day. Sea you soon!!! (Get it)
My wife and I loved the food, and the wait staff was great! She loved the new gift shop too (she bought me a hat) We are looking forward to dining here regularly this season. I also appreciated that you have a working guest wifi (so many businesses don't?) See ya again soon.
Our dinners were excellent and I am very picky. The white fish I had was the best I may have ever had. The capers were fresh tasting not overdone and I could taste fresh lemon juice. Yummmm. The spinach was excellent and the garlic in it, fresh. I know I like the word 'fresh' and that IS my food criteria. The bread was also excellent. Even the dark chocolate cake rocked. Coming in we didn't have the highest expectations and were blown away. The least expensive dinner for 2 we've had in a while. The waitress aimed to please and interaction with her made it a more fun time. The sun began to set right at dessert and that glow felt like it was shining on only the Promenade in Avon, NJ. Our 6pm reservation was perfect bc on this Friday night most strolled in around 645/730 pm and it filled up fast. Always interesting is the Kennedy-like patrons flocking in w their cute wine carriers. ..The OCEAN. PERFECT weather, my man. What a perfect night. Thank you, God.

The Promenade is a wonderful seaside restaurant in Avon-By-the Sea. It's BYOB, which is great for large groups which we were. They are new and they were very busy the night we had dinner and the hospitality our group was shown alone would make me want to return. There is a friendly family vibe to their service, yet the food is quite upscale. We had most of the sushi menu and several fish entrees. Everything was super fresh and tasty. The servers are young and energetic- we poured through a lot of wine and we were never rushed. This is a great restaurant for large groups. It was a rainy night for our dinner, but I am looking forward to returning to enjoy the gorgeous view. We were all so thrilled to have discovered this new restaurant in Avon!
